The PursueCare App has a new look. The new and redesigned version of our mobile app offers patients a more personalized and engaging experience while continuing to provide quality telehealth treatment for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and other behavioral health conditions.
“Our top priority will always be to provide the best possible care,” PursueCare CEO and Founder Nick Mercadante said. “In speaking with our patients and providers, we recognized the opportunity to leverage technology and create a more user-friendly, inviting, and effective experience.”
The upgraded app enhances and personalizes the entire patient experience, starting with a cleaner, crisper sign-up process. The new interface means patients can seamlessly chat with anyone on their care team in minutes and view open tasks to help hold themselves accountable throughout the recovery process. Patients will also find it significantly easier to schedule sessions, and push notifications ensure alerts and messages reach patients in real-time.
In addition, the overhauled app makes it possible for providers to offer more streamlined care to patients seeking treatment, with direct intake scheduling. Care coordinators can also edit their availability in real-time.
“Our new app elevates our ability to help those living with addiction to get the help they need from their home, or wherever they choose to receive care – without any associated stigmas,” Mercadante added. “While this upgrade takes our treatment to another level, we know there’s more work to be done. The platform will be regularly updated with additional capabilities to enhance the experience for both patients and providers.”
Some of the features to look for in the coming weeks and months include group sessions, lab notification and instruction, and pharmacy engagement. We hope you enjoy the new app experience and look forward to hearing your feedback!
